We’re seeking a Medical Affairs Associate to support the coordination and execution of medical activities across international markets, ensuring scientific integrity, operational excellence, and compliance with global standards.
🌍 Your Mission:
As a Medical Affairs Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the medical strategy and operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive high-quality, evidence-based initiatives. You’ll help manage investigator-initiated research, support regulatory documentation, and ensure inspection-readiness across multiple countries.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination of Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) and externally sponsored research.
* Maintain inspection-readiness through accurate documentation and portal updates.
* Liaise with affiliates and investigators to track milestones, enrollment, and financial metrics.
* Assist in contract negotiation, amendments, and regulatory submissions.
* Ensure compliance with medical and quality procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams on drug supply, finance, and publication reviews.
* Facilitate operational meetings and maintain study tracking tools.
🎓 What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field, or equivalent clinical research experience.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Experience in project management and contract negotiation.
* Ability to work across cross-functional and international teams.
* Proficiency in tools like CTMS, Excel, and risk assessment frameworks.

* Medical or clinical background.
* Understanding of clinical drug development and regulatory guidelines.
* Familiarity with medical terminology and finance processes.
