Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Generate weekly revenue and cost reports.
* Control daily completed job submissions.
* Produce Schedule of Rates.
* Reconcile subcontractor costs and prepare payment certificates.
* Liaise with Operations and Planning to monitor job progress and scope changes.
* Review scheme works to ensure targets are on track to be achieved.
* Price completed jobs for high volume works.
* Analyze weekly and monthly cost and revenue data.
Qualifications
* Experience delivering NEC contract schemes and sub‑contract management in the utilities or civil engineering sector.
* Proven track record in developing junior colleagues to high performance.
* Enthusiasm, positive attitude, excellent communication, proactivity and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
* Strong commitment to data integrity.
