Come and join our team in our NEW store in Bromley We have permanent contracts working 20hrs, 16hrs and 15hrs per week.
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, providing them with expert product knowledge and assisting them in selecting items that meet their needs. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and supporting the store's sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
* Provide detailed information about our diverse range of kitchenware.
* Support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Engage with customers to promote special offers and new products.
* Maintain the store's visual presentation and ensure products are well-stocked.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about cooking and knowledgeable about kitchenware.
* Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Motivated to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods.
