The Sales and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and engaging with leads across social media, email, client databases, and other channels—guiding prospective and returning clients toward consultations, premium treatment plans, online programmes, and courses. Blending luxury client care with structured and strategic follow-up, the successful candidate will act as both a trusted advisor and a results-driven closer. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and follow up with leads via direct messages, email, and phone Engage with new enquiries and previous clients in a warm, polished manner Qualify leads and guide them toward the most suitable services (in-clinic and online) Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets) Collaborate with the clinic team to support seamless bookings and client experiences Share feedback on sales conversations, including objections and opportunities Deliver confident, elegant, and well-aligned communications consistent with the brand Candidate Profile Warm, articulate, and confident communicator—both written and verbal Experience in luxury client service, wellness, aesthetics, or a similar sector Proven track record in sales, with the ability to follow a process and achieve targets Highly self-motivated, discreet, and able to work independently A genuine belief in wellness, skin health, longevity, and the value of elevated experiences
