The Role
Key Responsibilities
Client & Partner Management
* Act as the main contact for brands, TikTok Shop reps, and creator agencies. Coordinate between suppliers, internal teams, and TikTok Shop.
* Plan and run promotional campaigns aligned with platform events. Lead content creation with creators and agencies. Manage product selection, pricing, and merchandising.
* Drive performance across TikTok Shop’s key areas: Ads, Affiliates, Content, and Lives. Recruit and brief creators and affiliates. Support live shopping events.
Performance & Reporting
* Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI). Deliver insights and reports to improve campaign effectiveness and shop health.
Marketplace Coordination
* Align TikTok efforts with broader eCommerce strategies (Amazon, eBay, retailer.com). Ensure consistent product content and efficient fulfilment.
The Person
You will be a strong communicator, organisation is key, stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships will be a fundamental part of this role.
You will enjoy the account management side of the role alongside, inventory control, range development and promotional planning.

Previous TikTok Shop experience is a real advantage.
