Registered Manager - Supported Living
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

What you'll be doing
* Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver outstanding supported living services.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & social care standards, always putting safeguarding and quality at the centre of your work.
* Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals, creating a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development so that every team member has the skills and confidence to provide the very best care.
* Promote independence, positive risk-taking, and opportunities for people we support to live their best possible lives.
* Take the lead on audits, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in care.

What we're looking for
We're seeking a motivated leader with the right mix of experience, qualifications, and values.
* Essential:
o QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care Services (or working towards)
o Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or Deputy) in Health and Social Care
o Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, Health & Social Care standards, and safeguarding
o Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop staff teams
o Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
o Compassionate, respectful, and committed to promoting independence and dignity
* Desirable:
o Registered Nurse or Social Worker background
o Mentor/Teaching qualification
o Experience in Positive Behaviour Support
o Project management experience
