This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-quality matters., with the full freedom and flexibility of working from home. You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: * Strong organisational skills and the ability provide expert advice on a number of matters * Ability to manage own caseload * 5 years PQE * Open to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners * Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work * Happy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent * Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters * UK-based, able to work fully remotely Within this position, you’ll also be: * Assisting clients delivering a professional service on a wide range of issues including but not limited to: * Settlement agreements * Redundancy and restructures * Unfair dismissal * Discrimination * Disciplinary procedures and grievances * Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals Salary and Hours of Work * Monday to Friday – hours to suit the employee * £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTE * Must be able to commit to 15 – 25 hours per week Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
