As a Project Manager with a focus on the Public and Private Sectors, including; Healthcare, Education, Renewables, Commercial and Justice, you will be expected to work within a team to successfully support and deliver capital investment projects. This role involves providing client-side project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle from option studies and development, design, procurement, and construction, including administration of the construction contract.
Here’s what you’ll do:
1. Development and delivery of business cases
2. Client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management
3. Ownership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of your project
4. Preparing and maintaining programmes, including dependencies and resources
5. Identifying and monitoring project risks and opportunities
6. Quality management processes for project activities and outputs
7. Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
8. Establishing and maintaining project governance reviews
9. Developing and managing teams
10. Managing suppliers
11. Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
12. Strong relationships are developed with clients and members of the cross-functional team
13. Business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities, are identified, and acted upon
14. Provide leadership within project management business and provide leadership and mentoring to the team
15. Manage the delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards
16. Co-ordination and sign off on all management information produced

Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for:
17. Accredited NEC Project Manager.
18. Ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying Degree.
19. Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, APM or other equivalent institution; Prince 2 or MSP experience.
