As a Music Office Administrator, you will work within a vibrant and fast paced environment and be instrumental in co-ordinating and supporting with a wide variety of activities. These include involvement of elevating the PizzaExpress Live newsletter, working to streamline the private hire booking system, enhancing communications with clients and easing programmer administration, ensuring seamless experiences for both internal stakeholders and external guests. Additionally, you will provide dedicated support to the Artist Programmer, managing contracts and overseeing all administrative tasks associated with our extensive annual programme of over 1,000 shows, including working in the Box Office team when required.
What you'll do:
* Take centre stage in supporting the venue programmer with the ever-increasing private hire bookings across our vibrant venues. You will be responsible for:
* Managing all administrative aspects, including preparing private hire contracts.
* Ensuring Restaurant General Managers are fully briefed on essential event details such as attendee numbers, event timings, and special requests.
* Play a pivotal role in planning, creating, and delivering visually appealing and timely PizzaExpress Live email campaigns. You will be responsible for:
* Distributing mailouts to our PizzaExpress Live database
* Strategically target specific demographics and Members to promote upcoming events and maximise ticket sales through engaging, on-brand content.
