Role & Responsibilities
1. Prepare technical drawing packages and detailed construction information for projects across multiple work stages
2. Assist with delivery across education, residential and public sector projects from concept to completion
3. Produce, manage and coordinate Revit models to support accurate technical project information
4. Work closely with architects, consultants and contractors to resolve technical design matters
5. Ensure project information complies with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and technical standards
6. Attend site visits and project meetings to support coordination and technical resolutions
7. Support project delivery by contributing practical detailing knowledge and organised technical documentation
Skills & Experience Required
8. Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Architectural Technology or a closely related technical subject
9. Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD within UK based architectural project environments
10. Experience delivering technical information for architectural projects across relevant UK work stages
11. Sound technical detailing knowledge with a practical understanding of construction methods and materials
12. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and technical compliance requirements
13. Excellent communication and organisational skills when working with internal and external project teams
14. Ability to work collaboratively within a studio environment while managing technical responsibilities effectively
15. Education sector experience would be advantageous for this Architectural Technician Job Chichester opportunity
