Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a first-line IT support Technician.Job Overview: Seeking an on-site IT support resource in Bristol to assist with laptop deployments. The role involves configuring devices, updating asset records, and supporting users during setup.
1. Location: Bristol
2. Contract: 13th July -31st Dec’26
3. Mandatory check: SC Clearance
4. Pay Rates:
5. Umbrella Rate: £ (via a Hays approved umbrellapany).
6. PAYE Basic Rate: £
7. Hours: hours a week. Monday – Friday.
8. Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
9. Queue ticket management of tickets assigned to their Hub (and surrounding spokes) ensures appropriate updates and call management to maintain service levels as per contract.
10. Hub Stock management including asset management of kit in/out (Scan items in/out of locations) as per contract.
11. Effective Management of disposals that go through their Hub as per contract.
12. Highlight potential issues with service/potential service improvements to their Team Leader
13. Follow any agreed processes and procedures either by the Authority (site regulations etc)
14. The start date will not be before 10th July but SC clearance is required.
