Compass Associates are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading Community Pharmacy groups in the search for a diligent multisite pharmacist to join their dynamic teams in the Portsmouth and Waterlooville areas. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be able to work effectively as a part of a cohesive team. You’ll have a “can-do” attitude and will have a passion for providing great care to the community.
As a Multisite Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent pharmaceutical care and guidance across multiple pharmacy locations in your area. As well as providing a variety of services, the branches also utilises robotic distribution technology, freeing up your time to provide excellent patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
* Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
* Provide immunization services (where applicable)
* Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
* Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
What You’ll Bring
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* One year+experience in a UK Community Pharmacy setting
* Full driving licence
* Strong commitment to patient care and safety
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
* A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
Location
This Community Pharmacy is based in Waterloovile and commutable from Portsmouth, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Worthing, Havant, Cosham, Petersfield, Liss, Liphook, Chichester, Fareham and Gosport.
