Housekeeping Cleaning Manager Department: Accommodation & Guest Services Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Bognor Regis Description About the Role Were looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as part of our Accommodation department. As a Cleaning Manager, you will ensure the smooth delivery of your accommodation area, leading the team in promoting the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness. This role will ensure we are driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation and holding team to account to ensure standards are met. Youll be part of a big team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday. You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all cleaning standards and Butlins way of working. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, youll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. Youll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guest obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do. The role will also involve analysing KPIs and stock control systems to maximise margins and adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures. You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your teams fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121s and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlins. As with all roles at Butlins, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority. About You We are looking for an individual with prior leadership experience in a Hotel or Accommodation Village environment. You should be passionate about leading and developing a large team and supporting people through regular 121s and coaching. Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role so you should be passionate about every interaction and should seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
