The Opportunity
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. This is a crucial role for someone with a passion for data, a talent for structured research, and the ability to turn raw information into a compelling story. You will be responsible for providing the data and insights that underpin strategic decision-making across the company.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can:
* Turn data into a story,
* Provide the insights that help us grow,
* Bring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to everything they do, and
* Work collaboratively to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Core Responsibilities
* Strategic Insight Generation: Proactively gather and synthesize a range of data, including performance, market, and competitor intelligence, to inform our long-term strategy. You will coordinate with internal functions to collect analytics, producing key deliverables like deep-dive reports and ad-hoc analyses that shape our strategic direction.
* Reporting & Storytelling: Build and maintain key dashboards, models, and presentations that communicate strategic insights and performance. You will be responsible for preparing the data and compelling storytelling for executive and Board-level reviews and for creating and maintaining KPI dashboards and a 'strategy control panel'.
* Data-Driven Support: Act as a data and analytics partner for the Strategy &Operations team, supporting the creation of deliverables like data-driven business cases and strategy playbooks and frameworks.
* Operational Frameworks & Data Integrity: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and ensure consistent, high-quality data generation. By partnering with the AI and Innovation team, you will assess new analytics tools and research methodologies to support a scalable and robust data framework for strategic analysis.
* Ad-Hoc Strategic Problem-Solving & Communication: Respond to critical business questions by conducting deep-dive analysis and building ad-hoc models as they arise. Translate these insights into compelling presentations and clear communication materials that support key decisions and build a shared understanding of strategic priorities across the business.
We're Looking For Someone With
* Experience: 2+ years of experience, ideally in a consulting or a data/business analyst role.
* Analytical Skills: A strong grasp of data analytics, including statistical concepts, and the ability to use data to tell a clear and compelling story.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with data and analytics tools, including experience building dashboards and models.
* Communication & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
* Commercial Acumen: An understanding of business fundamentals and the ability to connect data and analysis to commercial outcomes.
