Bodyshop Sprayer / Prepper
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Bonuses + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday – 6:00am–2:30pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm
Saturdays: 2 per month (rotational)

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Bodyshop Sprayers / Preppers to join our fast-paced and professional team. You’ll be responsible for preparing, painting, and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring an exceptional finish on every job.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles for paint, including masking, sanding, and priming
*
Mix and match paints accurately using manufacturer systems
*
Spray vehicles using water-based and solvent-based paints
*
Carry out polishing and finishing work to achieve factory-level finishes
*
Work efficiently to meet daily targets while maintaining high standards
*
Follow all workshop health and safety guidelines
Requirements
*
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Bodyshop or Accident Repair environment
*
Proven experience as a Prepper, Paint Sprayer, or Vehicle Refinisher
*
Must have own spray guns and tools
*
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
*
Experience in high-volume or smart repair environments is an advantage
*
Full UK driving licence
