Position: Production Operative
Location: Brackley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Role: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently
* Maintain high standards of quality control
* Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
* Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous
