The right candidate will have:
1. Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
2. Relevant specialist qualifications and subject experience
3. Experience teaching KS3, KS4 (and KS5 if applicable)
4. Effective Classroom management strategies
5. Experience in mentoring or coaching
6. An understanding of the national curriculum
7. Experience with SEN or EAL students
