We are currently looking for an experienced Fostering & Adoption Social Worker to join an great to work for authority based in the channel islands (based off feedback). In this role, you will provide essential support to children in foster care, adoptive families, and those considering adoption. You will assess needs, offer practical help, and prioritise children’s safety and well-being, joining their close-knit team to support vulnerable children and families, making a real positive impact on their lives.
Because of this, you will be able to have flexibility across the team and a be a part of a non pressurised environment with a fantastic rate to go alongside it! As you wont be limited to office work, you will get a good work life balance.
