As the successful candidate, you should have a personal track record of success teaching GCSE Drama to pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEN. This post is suitable for either: An ECT (Early Career Teacher) either in Year 1 or Year 2 of the framework, or An experienced and qualified Teacher.
