Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Centre, Leaders seeks a Team Leader of Property Managers to join our dynamic team based in Becket House, Worthing. To succeed, you should be a current Senior Property Manager looking to step up and have experience leading a team. You will oversee Property Managers, supporting their daily activities and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Morning Meetings
* Support and guide the implementation of new legislation
* Investigate customer complaints and propose responses
* Coordinate and provide training where possible
* Mentor the Property Management team to achieve strategic goals
* Assist with departmental audits alongside branch audits
* Share property management best practices
* Check Gas Daily procedures and ensure compliance
* Monitor overdue workflows and have relevant discussions
* Review churn reports and address issues
* Identify opportunities to enhance service levels
* Participate in group projects with the RPM
* Enforce strategic objectives
* Conduct interviews
* Ensure adequate staffing during holidays and days off
* Monitor workload and staff morale
Qualifications and Skills:
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
* Experience leading a small team
* Proven experience in the Property Industry
* Full UK Driving License required
