Pay starts from £12.87 an hour, rising to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week. Hours are scheduled with 3‑week notice. We support flexible working, so if your availability matches our needs, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day.
* Create an impression of prideable service, role‑modeling good standards of dress and readiness to serve customers.
* Follow the service culture, modelling helpful and friendly service behaviours and demonstrating enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
* Protect the legal brand by delivering legal compliance, understanding safe and legal routines and demonstrating due diligence.
* Support your manager to control costs and deliver budgets, and maintain accurate stock records.
Qualifications
* A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile.
* The drive and motivation to work in a sales and service environment.
* Adaptability to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
* A passion for human connection and building relationships with colleagues.
* Reliability – be on time, well presented and a brand ambassador.
