The Role
As a C2M Expert – Functional and Technical, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, extending, and supporting the Oracle Utilities Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M) platform. The role supports utility business processes across customers, service agreements, service points, meters, usage, and billing determinants. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions, provide expert support, and contribute to solution design across utility transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to end‑to‑end solution design and delivery.
* Design, configure, and support Oracle Utilities C2M functional and technical components.
* Support and enhance customer service, billing, metering, and usage processes.
* Configure and maintain business objects, maintenance objects, UI maps, scripts, zones, and portals.
* Support batch processing, algorithms, and plug‑in points.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
* Provide functional and technical support across implementation phases.
* Produce and maintain relevant documentation.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
* Solid experience working with Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, and MDM.
* Strong functional expertise in customer service, billing and payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move‑in and move‑out processes, and new connections.
* Hands‑on experience with configuration tools, including Business Objects (BO), Maintenance Objects (MO), UI Maps, Business Scripts, Service Scripts, BPA scripts, zones, and portals.
* Knowledge of C2M, CC&B, and MDM batches, algorithms, and plug‑in points.
* Experience in solution design and production support.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Functional knowledge of the utilities industry.
* Experience managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers.
