In this role, you will join KYC Operations Transformation team and will form part of the Client Lifecycle Transformation (CLT) Key Deliverable (KD), reporting to a VP. You will work alongside the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) Business as well as our partners in Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) and Technology teams to ensure the consistent delivery of Change & Transformation programmes in line with the Agile framework.

Your key responsibilities
7. You will take responsibility for the global and regional implementation of strategic KYC transformation initiatives, ensuring value and success measures of tracked and delivered
8. You will be responsible for defining and clearly articulating complex problems and working collaboratively to deliver process, technical and organizational design solutions
9. Ensure key senior stakeholders are kept informed and that expectations are clearly managed in advance of project delivery
10. Maintain project status, risks and issue resolution, dependency management, change controls and decision coordination
11. Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or programme leadership
12. Support the Delivery lead implement consistent milestones, closure criteria, and success measures, holding programme review meetings to assess programme health, and ensuring updates are reflected in appropriate repositories
Your skills and experience
13. Change management skills including definition of business case & scope, articulation of issues, challenges, risks, dependencies & solutions, status reporting and test execution
14. A proven track record of driving solutions and benefits delivery
15. Leadership experience demonstrated through empowerment, situational awareness, increasing transparency and conflict resolution
16. Demonstrable ability to effectively influence, challenge, communicate, and partner with teammates, workstream leads, and all levels of seniority and diverse stakeholders
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with senior stakeholders
