We’re looking for a Director of Finance & Operations to join the Senior Leadership Team, leading finance, legal, and operational functions across an international organisation. This is a strategic and hands-on role, shaping financial sustainability while ensuring strong governance and compliance.
Key areas:
* Financial leadership: budgeting, forecasting, reporting & audit
* Operations & compliance: legal, contracts, governance
* Strategic input: planning, fundraising, and organisational growth
You’ll bring:
* 5–10 years’ experience in a senior finance role in a UK non-profit (ideally, but shorter stints are considered)
* Strong grasp of charity finance, VAT, and compliance
* A proactive, strategic mindset with hands-on delivery
