Location: Waltham Cross
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Environment: Cold Store (PPE provided)
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Administrator to join a busy cold storage operation in Waltham Cross.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate data entry and system updates
Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics
Liaising with warehouse and transport teams
General administrative tasks and filing
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (logistics or warehouse preferred)
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work independently during night hours
