Job Description We are looking for a detail-focused Composite Operator to join our team in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is vital to ensuring the consistent production of high-quality composite parts used for our ducting components. Key Responsibilities: To assemble composite components including: Tool maintenance & preparation Material cutting and kitting Laminating Vacuum bagging Demoulding and trimming Bonding, fitting and assembly Control of clean room Visual Inspection Handle materials and tools safely To complete the above activities using defined procedures and work instructions To observe and maintain high standards of Health & Safety To ensure that all work activities and records comply with Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Practice. Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organised workspace
