Responsibilities
* Undertake comprehensive mental health and substance misuse assessments, including risk assessments and care planning.
* Act as Care Coordinator under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), managing a caseload of service users with dual diagnosis.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions, including relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and harm reduction strategies.
* Support and monitor medication management and prescribing plans in collaboration with medical staff.

Qualifications
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
* Evidence of continued professional development
Registration & Compliance
* Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC PIN)
* Enhanced DBS clearance required
Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks
* Mental Health Act 1983/2007
* Mental Capacity Act 2005
* Care Programme Approach (CPA)
