Cell Coordinator (Team Leader) – Cell Coordinator
The Cell Coordinator role is a permanent contract, based at Stephenson Close, Andover. You will support stairlift manufacturing by leading a small team of operatives, organising overtime as needed and ensuring team output meets quality and delivery targets. The position works Monday to Thursday from 11:15 am to 19:30 pm, and Friday from 08:30 am to 15:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily workload and prioritise team tasks
* Maintain output to meet OTIF targets
* Coordinate overtime, admin, and shift reporting
* Drive quality, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Build and support a multi‑skilled team, helping performance improvement
* Competence in FLT operating
Qualifications
* Proven experience coordinating a small to medium‑sized team
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety principles and procedures
* Strong character with the ability to drive and motivate a team
* Positive, can‑do attitude with determination to move the cell forward
* FLT licence
