Can you turn creative ideas into beautiful tangible products? We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive Product Developer who can bridge design and production to deliver exceptional garments for Private White V.C. and external partners.

Using time-honoured, uncompromising traditions and techniques to create authentic, investment garments built to last. Crafted using the finest regionally sourced & ethical fabrics and materials. Proud to be ‘Made in Manchester,’ our reach is global. We provide bespoke items for high profile patrons, plus off-the-peg garments from our finest, functional designs. Our retail outlet is based at our factory in Salford, where we welcome clients for private tours, consultations, and partnership events. We are a heritage brand with a heroic story to be told. Our business includes a successful private label operation and manufacturing for well-respected brands across men’s and ladies wear; and work with corporates to supply bespoke uniforms and high quality branded workwear.
The mission: This is an exciting new role within our product team, as we think bigger with high growth goals and continue to strive for excellence, supporting our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end process of delivering Private White V.C. and external contract customers’ collections – from design development through to production handover.
* Work closely with the Product Team to ensure smooth communication between design, suppliers, pattern cutters and sample machinists, delivering a luxury product range to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications / About you
* Degree qualified in Fashion, Product Development or a related discipline.
* Strong background in managing the product lifecycle, from concept to production.
* Understanding and appreciation of UK and EU manufacturing standards.
* A deep understanding of luxury menswear construction, materials and market positioning.
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Word.
* Highly organised and detail orientated with strong administrative skills.
* Excellent communicator across design, technical, and production teams.
* Strong sense of colour, proportion and finish.
* Basic commercial awareness (budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing).
