Job Description
1. Lead end-to-end operational management, including planning, budgeting, cash flow, contract & claims management, guarantees, and subcontractor coordination.
2. Oversee active projects, ensuring on-time delivery and strong field-office alignment.
3. Establish rigorous subcontractor management, cost control systems, and monthly performance reporting structures.
4. Conduct team assessments, restructure underperforming functions as necessary, and drive cultural alignment across all operational units.
5. Manage all brand partnership requirements, ensuring adherence to design, quality, budget, and schedule standards.
6. Build organizational standardization, process governance, and scalable operational frameworks.
7. Act as the central leader for all operational departments (excluding Business Development), running the company independently during the Chairman's international engagements.
