Senior Regulatory & Criminal Defence Lawyer
On behalf of our client, a leading and rapidly growing regulatory and criminal defence practice, we are seeking a lawyer with experience across at least two of the following areas: health, safety and environment; product, food and consumer law; transport law; financial crime and supply chain; and general or corporate crime/defence.
Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of post-qualification experience, including newly qualified solicitors through to more senior lawyers, as well as experienced paralegals with strong and relevant sector expertise. The focus is firmly on the strength and relevance of your experience rather than PQE level.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience within criminal and/or regulatory work and be confident advising clients and supporting on a broad range of matters. This will include areas such as PACE interviews, inquests, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court proceedings. You will be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and will be expected to take an active role in supporting client relationships, business development, and the continued growth of the practice.
