We are recruiting for Carer Support Workers for Replacement Care. Positions are available in Llanelli, Ammanford, Carmarthen, Ceredigion, and surrounding villages. Applicants should reside in the United Kingdom, specifically in Carmarthenshire county.

16 hours up to 40 hours

Requirements of our staff:
· Kind-hearted, reliable, compassionate, warm and a 'people person.'
· A driving licence and your own vehicle is essential as we care for people in the community in their own homes. Car insurance to include for business use.
· No previous experience required all training given.
· Willingness to achieve training requirements and register to Social Care Wales
· Can give guaranteed hours if requested.
· Applicants must be willing to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Your main duties will include:
· To provide support to carers and people with care needs including emotional support.
· Provide and promote personal care
· Carry out domestic tasks
