Diagnostic Service Manager. What we’ll need you to bring
* Educated to postgraduate/masters level or equivalent experience, ideally with an MBA or MSc in management.
* Demonstrable senior managerial experience with a track record of implementing organisational change and effective resource management.
* Proven leadership and staff management experience, fostering cohesive and motivated teams.
* Ability to build trust and cooperation during periods of rapid and complex change.
* Expertise in planning, organising, directing, and controlling diverse staff, with in-depth knowledge of costing, personnel, risk, information, and quality systems.
* Extensive knowledge of NHS Scotland, its policies, and strategic objectives.
