We are actively seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our hardworking and supportive team. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. What you’ll be doing:
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy
* Storing goods in the appropriate locations to maximise space and efficiency
* Assisting with stock control, including inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
* Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
* Operating equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained and certified)
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
* Flexi forklift experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying goods
* Proactive and adaptable with a can-do attitude
* Familiarity with warehouse equipment or a willingness to learn
* Awareness of health and safety practices in a warehouse setting
