Job Description: Customer & Trading Manager
Working closely with a small team of managers, you will ensure the store operates smoothly every day. You will take responsibility for the store's daily operations, often being the sole manager accountable for the entire shop. The role involves working alongside a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely, with a significant focus on people management—including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll. Occasionally, you may need to assist other stores within our network.
What makes a great Customer & Trading Manager:
1. Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to coach a team to deliver the same.
3. Ability to meet KPIs and other performance indicators.
4. Experience managing disciplinary, performance, or employee relations issues.
5. Confidence leading operations independently, especially in the absence of senior management.
