We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Baildon based office in BD17.
Specialising in the construction, Civils, fit out and M&E sectors you will manage and grow a key client accounts by handling the full recruitment cycle and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment daily duties for construction and blue-collar roles, from sourcing candidates to offer and onboarding.
• Take ownership of an your client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Deliver against weekly billing targets and contribute to the growth of the client account.
• Constantly identifying new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Requirements:
• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within construction, trades, or blue-collar sectors.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
