Your new role
1. Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage in accordance with the EYFS curriculum
2. Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning opportunities
3. Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to help children progress
4. Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
5. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
What you'll need to succeed
6. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
7. Experience working with EYFS-aged children
8. A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
9. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
10. A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Hays)
