An Ideal Sales Account Manager / Account Manager / Account Executive will be responsible for growing and maintaining Systemair’s customer base through a hybrid role that blends internal sales execution with external market engagement.
Package & Location
Base salary: $70,000 - $100,000
20% Annual salary bonus

Sales Account Manager / Account Manager / Account Executive responsibilities:
* Maintain CRM opportunity data, quote tracking, and pipeline hygiene
* Track and support internal sales campaigns and field training schedules
* Address and support customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner
* Learn distribution dynamics, rep firm structure, and market behaviors across multiple regions
Sales Account Manager / Account Manager / Account Executive requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 3 – 5 years in inside sales, sales coordination, business development, entry-level sales role, or Distributor/Channel support role is highly advantageous.
* Experience with Manufacturer Rep firms, Contractors, or Distribution (HVAC, Electrical, Building Supply, other) preferred but not required.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365.
