Salary: Up to £80,000

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Associate:
* Managing the legal process of buying and selling homes, including reviewing contracts.
* Handling the legal transfer of property ownership, including land registration and taxes.
* Advising on mortgage agreements and securing funding.
* Assisting with issues related to leasehold or freehold properties.
* Resolving disputes between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements.
* Advising on planning permission and property development.
* Advising on taxes like stamp duty and ensuring they are paid correctly.
* Providing efficient and effective legal advice, assistance, and representation for all clients.
* Maintaining the highest standards of professional expertise and client care.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Senior Associate:
* A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with experience in Residential Property.
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the residential property market and conveyancing process.
* Proven experience in the full range of residential conveyancing work including leasehold transactions impacted by the Building Safety Act.
* Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing difficult property transactions.
* Organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional, motivated, and enthusiastic with excellent client care skills.
* Ability to work constructively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
* Experience with document and case management systems.
