The Role * As Quality Engineer, you will have strong experience in residential groundworks, with a solid understanding of both housing plot works and roads & sewers infrastructure. * In this role, you will carry out quality control inspections and ensure compliance with NHBC Standards, Building Regulations, and relevant legislation across all our regions. * You will help develop and maintain a structured system for site checks, follow-ups, and continuous improvement. * You will cover Oxford and West regions, so a lot of travel is involved. The Oxford region covers sites around Oxford, from Bicester to Basingstoke and the West Region covers sites around Birmingham, from Swindon to Stafford. Ideally you will be based between these regions. * Ideally looking for someone with 4 to 5 years on the ground as an Engineer or with some experience as a Quality Engineer. The first 3 months of the role will be a training period, so no direct quality engineer experience is required – however is desirable.
