Position Overview:
The Paralegal will support licensed attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, and assisting caregivers with legal service needs.

Position Responsibilities:
* Draft and review legal documents such as POAs and guardianship forms.
* Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely service delivery.
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and VA standards.
* Assist with scheduling and client communications.
Requirements
* Associate degree or paralegal certification.
* 3+ years of experience in legal support roles.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
* Experience in estate planning or healthcare law.
* Familiarity with VA programs and veteran services.
* Proficiency in legal research tools.
