We are working with a well-established SJP Practice based in London that is looking to take on a new Practice Manager. We are looking for a candidate who is very experienced in a similar type of role, who is flexible and can effectively communicate with their team. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritise your workload whilst working independently or as part of a team. \r\n\r\n This will be a predominantly office-based position, working in Central London. We are looking for candidates who has previous experience working within the Financial Services industry as either an administrator or team leader. \r\n Responsibilities: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Provide high-level technical and administrative support to the Advisers\/Practice Manager; \r\n\t Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication; \r\n\t Be the point of escalation for complex client queries, liaising with the respective adviser, clients and third parties as appropriate; \r\n\t Ensure Practice Support Specialists perform their key functions consistently and efficiently through effective people management skill and processes; \r\n\t Provide technical support and training to new\/junior staff joining the practice; \r\n\t Manage holiday bookings for team members; \r\n\t Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication; \r\n\t Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms; \r\n\t Process applications accurately and record the required management information; \r\n\t Progress complex applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner; \r\n \r\n\r\n Knowledge, experience and skills: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Senior administration experience of working within an SJP practice or investment\/wealth management environment practice; \r\n\t Experience in managing workflow, systems and procedures; \r\n\t Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation. \r\n\t Experience with client management systems such as Salesforce. \r\n\t Experience in managing client accounts and relationships; \r\n\t Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly; \r\n\t Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); \r\n\t Strong attention to detail; \r\n\t Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task; \r\n\t Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively; \r\n\t Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times; \r\n\t Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team; \r\n\t Open to change with a creative approach to problem-solving. \r\n\t Professional and confident in dealing with people, working with total discretion at all times \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
