Job Overview Opportunities to Shape the Future of Women’s Health in North Wales The Women’s Health Plan for Wales, launched in December 2024, sets out a 10 - year strategy to close the gender health gap and enhance healthcare services for women across the nation. At BCUHB, we are committed to delivering this mandate through a ‘Primary Care’ model — a hub - and - spoke cluster approach designed to strengthen local services. We are pleased to have secured fixed - term funding to support the initial phase, which includes pos tgraduate training and development, as well as the establishment of a ‘Pathfinder Hub’ to pilot proposed clinical pathways. Flexible, sessional opportunities are available to support a range of activities within the Hub, including: Clinical sessions (some evening and weekend availability) Paper-based review of elective waiting lists Main duties of the job Delivery of outpatient clinics Assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with conditions relating (but not limited to) to: Menstrual Health Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Menopause Preconception Pelvic Health Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Ensuring care is delivered in line with national guidelines, best practice, and local pathways. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
