Your new role We are looking for a Baby Room Leader r to join our team at our nursery in Hove.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Supporting and promoting children's early education and development Planning and providing effective care Making accurate and productive use of assessment Developing effective and informed practice Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children Working in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals.
What you'll need to succeed Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
At least 1 years of experience working in a nursery setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A passion for working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
