* Supervise and mentor junior kitchen team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain inventory levels and minimize waste.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
* Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
