It is an exciting time to join Nomad Foods. Due to the high growth of the business, Nomad Foods has a desire to become more data driven. Reporting into the Data & Analytics Director, you will have the responsibility for ensuring all of the reporting is available to the business using the right tools including SAP Analytics Cloud, the right data definitions, and have processes implemented which are being continuously improved. This role will work with the IT Service Partner to ensure that reporting is being delivered to agreed timescales and to a high quality. Stakeholder management is key with this role as it is vital to ensure that across Nomad Foods the required reporting is being delivered in as efficient way as possible. This role will work closely with the BI Manager in the Adriatics to support the BI team there in providing the reporting in Cognos. In order to deliver certain projects, this role is required to build effective relationships with 3 rd parties / contractors so that the team can be augmented to ensure smooth delivery. Responsible for all reporting delivered across Nomad Foods. Define and drive the reporting framework, principles, and standards across Nomad Foods. Continually improve the governance framework of how the Reporting Team operate and information consumption e.g. Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) etc. Defining reporting standards & policy. Monitoring and managing the upgrade path for tools involved in reporting. Managing the Report Glossary ensuring the right reports are available at the right time, and any unused ones are archived. Working across Nomad Foods to ensure the right reporting is available preferably using SAP Analytics Cloud. Working with the IT Service Partner to ensure that all reporting production runs complete successfully, and any issues are dealt with the right priority set and suitable communication to the business provided. Working with the Data Governance & Master Data Team to highlight any data concerns such as with exporting of data, using wrong definitions, security, etc. Leading, developing, coaching, and engaging team members to build future leadership capabilities and ensuring timely and effective completion of all people related activities including PDPs, reward reviews and succession planning. At least 5 years’ experience working in a Reporting/BI team preferably with SAP. Experience of managing a similar type and size of team.
