PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Manager of Partner Solutions will be responsible for generating impactful and attractive commercial packages & proposals for EMEA advertising clients, media agencies & brands. The aim of the role is to assist commercial teams to deliver revenue growth. The role will need to translate editorial, audience, product and content capabilities into compelling packages that help win and retain clients across the EMEA region.
As a commercial arm of the BBC, we work with brands around the globe to create partnerships which connect them with our curious and globally-minded audience through bespoke branded content, sponsorship and advertising opportunities.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT : Drive Strategic Content Solutions: Identify and implement efficiencies across content and product offerings through innovative packaging and tiered solutions, while supporting the development of evergreen sponsorships and content marketing aligned with company priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with editorial, content, analytics, product marketing, and sales leadership to create compelling, revenue-generating proposals and ensure solutions are clearly communicated and accessible across departments.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Prioritise and manage multiple projects independently, maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders globally (including teams in New York and Singapore), and support special projects and events as needed.
Leadership & Team Development: Oversee the performance and development of the partner solutions executive, ensuring high-quality output and achievement of KPIs, while being accountable for the results of project teams.
Continuous Optimisation & Innovation: Lead the refinement of materials and solutions based on research, editorial input, sales, and client feedback to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain competitive differentiation.

Marketing & Operational Expertise -Well-versed in integrated marketing across agency, media, and client-side roles. Skilled in developing sponsorships, responding to RFPs, leading teams, and optimizing processes with a keen eye for detail.
Design and Visualisation- Keen eye for aesthetics and layout in PowerPoint presentations, ability to visually communicate ideas effectively and professionally
Commercial Acumen- Proven ability to translate editorial concepts into compelling, client-focused proposals, craft persuasive commercial sales presentations, and maintain strong awareness of market trends and client needs
