Join the team at Healds Hall Hotel – a leading independent hotel in West Yorkshire, known for exceptional weddings, events, and dining. We're looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help take our food to the next level.
What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team across restaurant, weddings & events
* Develop menus, seasonal dishes, and banqueting options
* Ensure outstanding food quality, presentation, hygiene & safety standards
* Manage stock, costs, and kitchen operations
* Deputise for the Head Chef when required
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a quality hotel or restaurant
* Passion for fresh, local, seasonal ingredients
* Strong leadership & organisational skills
* Calm, hands-on approach with a great attitude
