The Role:
* We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Intelligence and Analytics team within the Office of the Chief Executive. The primary purpose of this role is to carry out analysis across a wide range of information and intelligence related to adults health and social care, performance, resources, service demand, and workforce data.
* The analyst will develop and produce a range of products using various software packages and platforms. Using the data to inform and support decision making across Liverpool and the wider area to drive innovation, best practice and performance improvement.
* The successful Analyst will join a leading team in collecting, analysing, and understanding complex data to produce insights, solve problems, and improve performance. You will use these insights to inform decision-making, develop recommendations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
* The Analyst role requires a diverse set of key skills to effectively carry out its responsibilities. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of local government and relevant legislation are essential, as is the ability to produce and present accurate, clear, and concise reports and management information. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey information and findings. The role also demands well-developed ICT skills, using a broad range of products, developing new approaches when required.
