Chef de Partie Required for Classic Country Pub with a Spanish Twist!
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a traditional country pub with a modern Spanish style menu.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality Spanish dishes, in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook tapas-style dishes to a high standard Maintain a clean and organised environment Assist with stock control and ordering Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Skills Experience: Strong understanding of fresh ingredients and modern presentation Ability to work under pressure and as part of close-knit team Experience with small plates or tapas-style service preferred but not necessary
Abilities:
Passion for quality food and consistency Good time management and communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekend and holiday
Other information Food on shifts over a 6 hour period No in house accommodation
